2. Where We Ship
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and select international destinations.

Due to ongoing U.S. tariffs affecting small Canadian businesses and handmade goods, we have made the difficult decision to pause all shipments to the United States until the situation changes. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to resume U.S. shipping in the future. 💚

International orders ship once per week on Mondays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Packaging
Each order is packaged with care:
- Upcycled journals, handmade ornaments, pins, magnets & keychains: Wrapped securely and shipped in bubble mailers
- Art prints, greeting cards & flat artwork: Shipped in high-strength protective mailers
5. Tracking
Tracking is available on all orders. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after carrier acceptance. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We're happy to provide any necessary order or shipment details.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are unable to refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
